Terms & Conditions

These general terms of use define the conditions under which users can use the services provided by Mr.Chauffeur. By using the services provided by Mr. Chauffeur, the user accepts these general terms of use in full.

1. Definitions

“Mr. Chauffeur” means the company:

“User” means any natural or legal person who uses the services provided by Mr. Chauffeur;

In these general terms of use, the following terms have the following meanings: “Service” means the services provided by Mr. Chauffeur, including but not limited to services
passenger transportation, vehicle rental services and other related services;

2. Use of the Service

The user can use the services provided by Mr. Chauffeur only in accordance with these general terms of use. The user undertakes to use the service only in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the place where the service is used.

3. Service reservation

The user can reserve the service by calling 065/455-89-89 or via email office@mrchauffeur.rs. The service reservation is confirmed only after the user receives confirmation from Mr. Chauffeur. Mr. Chauffeur reserves the right to refuse a service reservation for any reason.

During the purchase process, a document/confirmation is sent to the customer by e-mail, thereby realizing the right to perform the service.

4. Prices

Prices for services provided by Mr. Chauffeur will be presented to the user at the time of booking. The prices refer only to the services specified at the time of booking, and do not include additional services that the user may request.

5. Payment

5.1. Method of payment

Payment for services can be made with payment cards – AMEX, VISA, Maestro, MasterCard or DinaCard, which support payment via the Internet. Payment by cards is realized in cooperation with AllSecure doo and Banca Intesa ad Beograd and is done in a safe and certified way through the AllSecure Paymet Gateway, by simply entering data from the payment card. After entering the card data and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction and thus the order is approved and enters the further process. Check with the bank that issued the card whether your card supports payment via the Internet.

5.2. Conversion Statement

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

5.3. VAT statement

Mr. Chauffeur doo is liable for VAT.

6. User responsibility

The user is fully responsible for all information provided when booking the service, including information about passengers, routes and travel times. Mr. Chauffeur will not be responsible for any problems that arise due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.

7. Responsibility of Mr. Chauffeur

Mr. Chauffeur will fully honor all service reservations made by the user, except in cases specified in the cancellation policy. Mr. Chauffeur guarantees the quality and reliability of its services, as well as trained and professional drivers.

8. Service Cancellation Policy

The user can cancel the service at any time by calling 065/455-89-89 or via email office@mrchauffeur.rs. The cancellation of the service is confirmed only after the user receives confirmation from Mr. Chauffeur.

8.1. Refund Policy

If the service is canceled within 12 hours, the money will not be returned to the user. For canceling the service within 12 hours, Mr. Chauffeur will refund the entire amount paid by the user for booking the service.

In the case of a refund to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, this refund is made exclusively through the same AMEX, VISA, Maestro, MasterCard or DinaCard card that was used for payment. This means that our bank will refund the funds to the cardholder’s account at our request.

In the event that the user does not respect the terms of use of the services or behaves in a way that endangers the safety of the driver or other passengers, Mr. Chauffeur reserves the right to cancel the service without refund.

8.2. Cancellation of service by Mr. Chauffeur

Mr. Chauffeur reserves the right to cancel the service in case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the company’s control (traffic jams, weather conditions, vehicle breakdown, driver illness,…). In this case, Mr. The chauffeur will inform the user and offer an alternative service or refund the entire amount paid by the user for the service reservation. In the event that the user does not respect the terms of use of the services or behaves in a way that endangers the safety of the driver or other passengers, Mr. Chauffeur reserves the right to cancel the service without refund.

8.3. Change service date and time

The user can request to change the date and time of the service he reserved by calling 065/455-89-89 or via email office@mrchauffeur.rs. Mr. Chauffeur will try to meet the user’s request to change the date and time of the service, but reserves the right to refuse the change request in case of unavailability of the service at the desired time.

8.4. Using the service at a later date

In the event that the user does not use the reserved service in the scheduled time, Mr. Chauffeur will not be obliged to refund the user. Customer may request a change to the date and time of service in accordance with the procedures for changing the date and time of service set forth in this cancellation policy.

9. Data Privacy

Mr. Chauffeur undertakes to protect the privacy of user data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations on the protection of personal data. The data provided by the user when booking the service will be used exclusively for the purpose of providing the service and will not be shared with third parties except in cases specified in the privacy policy. When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol, using the most modern methods of tokenization of sensitive data, and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Payment card information is never available to the merchant.

3D Secure protection for all merchants and customers – AllSecure Payment Gateway uses the highest global standards of data protection and privacy. All merchants using the AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in the 3D-Secure protection, guaranteeing customers the security of their purchases. Customers’ payment card numbers are not stored on the merchant’s system, and the registration itself is protected by SSL data encryption.

PCI DSS Standards – AllSecure Payment Gateway constantly complies with all requirements
card organizations in order to increase the security level of merchants and customers. From 2005 to today, without interruption, the system has been certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, which represents the highest standard in the industry. The PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is a norm that defines the necessary security measures for the processing, storage and transmission of sensitive card data. PCI Standards protect sensitive data about the cardholder during the entire payment process: from the moment of data entry at the merchant’s point of sale, during communications between the merchant and relevant banks and card organizations, as well as later storage of such data.

10. Payment policy

The user is obliged to pay the entire amount for the reserved service at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking. The user can pay for the reserved service through the online payment system.

After entering the card data and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction and thus the order is approved and enters the further process.

11. Complaints

In case the user is not satisfied with the service he received from Mr. Chauffeur, has the right to file a complaint within 24 hours from the end of the service. Complaints can be submitted by calling 065/455-89-89, via email at office@mrchauffeur.rs or at the address Trg Branka Radičevića 14a, 11080, Zemun – Beograd. Mr. Chauffeur will respond to the complaint as soon as possible and try to solve the problem in a way that is acceptable to both parties.

Note: Mr. Chauffeur reserves the right to change these general terms of use at any time
moment, with the obligation to inform the user about changes. In case the user continues to use the services after changes to the general terms of use, the user is considered to have accepted the new terms of use.

Opšti uslovi korišćenja

Ovi opšti uslovi korišćenja definišu uslove pod kojima korisnici mogu koristiti usluge koje pruža Mr.Chauffeur. Korišćenjem usluga koje pruža Mr. Chauffeur, korisnik prihvata ove opšte uslove korišćenja u celosti.

“Korisnik” označava bilo koju fizičku ili pravnu osobu koja koristi usluge koje pruža Mr. Chauffeur;

U ovim opštim uslovima korišćenja, sledeći termini imaju sledeća značenja: “Usluga” označava usluge koje pruža Mr. Chauffeur, uključujući ali ne ograničavajući se na usluge
prevoza putnika, usluge iznajmljivanja vozila i druge srodne usluge;

2. Korišćenje usluge

Korisnik može koristiti usluge koje pruža Mr. Chauffeur samo u skladu sa ovim opštim uslovima korišćenja. Korisnik se obavezuje da će koristiti uslugu samo u skladu sa zakonima i propisima koji važe u mestu u kojem se usluga koristi.

3. Rezervacija usluge

Korisnik može rezervisati uslugu telefonskim pozivom na broj 065/455-89-89 ili preko email-a office@mrchauffeur.rs. Rezervacija usluge je potvrđena tek nakon što korisnik dobije potvrdu od strane Mr. Chauffeur-a. Mr. Chauffeur zadržava pravo da odbije rezervaciju usluge iz bilo kog razloga.

U postupku kupovine kupcu se šalje dokument/potvrda na mail i time se ostvaruje pravo na realizaciju usluge.

4. Cene

Cene za usluge koje pruža Mr. Chauffeur će biti predočene korisniku prilikom rezervacije. Cene se odnose samo na usluge koje su navedene prilikom rezervacije, a ne uključuju dodatne usluge koje korisnik može zahtevati.

5. Plaćanje

5.1. Način plaćanja

Plaćanje usluga je moguće izvršiti platnim karticama – AMEX, VISA, Maestro, MasterCard ili DinaCard koje podržavaju plaćanje preko Interneta. Plaćanje karticama je realizovano u saradnji sa AllSecure doo i Banca Intesa ad Beograd i obavlja se na bezbedan i sertifikovan način preko AllSecure Paymet Gateway-a, jednostavnim unosom podataka sa platne kartice. Nakon što se unesu podaci o kartici i potvrdi plaćanje, banka autorizuje transakciju i time je porudžbina odobrena i ulazi u dalji proces. Proverite kod banke koja je karticu izdala da li Vaša kartica podržava plaćanje preko Interneta.

5.2. Izjava o konverzijama

Sva plaćanja biće izvršena u lokalnoj valuti Republike Srbije – dinar (RSD). Za informativni prikaz cena u drugim valutama koristi se kurs Narodne Banke Srbije. Iznos za koji će biti zadužena Vaša platna kartica biće izražen u Vašoj lokalnoj valuti kroz konverziju u istu po kursu koji koriste kartičarske organizacije/Vaša banka izdavalac, a koji nama u trenutku transakcije ne može biti poznat. Kao rezultat ove konverzije postoji mogućnost neznatne razlike od originalne cene navedene na našem sajtu i one koju možete videti na vašem bankovnom izvodu.

5.3. Izjava o PDV-u

Mr. Chauffeur doo je obveznik PDV-a.

6. Odgovornost korisnika

Korisnik je u potpunosti odgovoran za sve informacije koje pruži prilikom rezervacije usluge, uključujući informacije o putnicima, rutama i terminima putovanja. Mr. Chauffeur neće biti odgovoran za eventualne probleme koji nastanu zbog netačnih ili nepotpunih informacija koje je pružio korisnik.

7. Odgovornost Mr. Chauffeur-a

Mr. Chauffeur će u potpunosti ispoštovati sve rezervacije usluga koje je korisnik napravio, osim u slučajevima navedenim u politici otkazivanja. Mr. Chauffeur garantuje kvalitet i pouzdanost svojih usluga, kao i obučene i profesionalne vozače.

8. Politika otkazivanja usluge

Korisnik može otkazati uslugu u bilo kom trenutku telefonskim pozivom na broj 065/455-89-89 ili preko email-a office@mrchauffeur.rs. Otkazivanje usluge je potvrđeno tek nakon što korisnik dobije potvrdu od strane Mr. Chauffeur-a.

8.1. Politika povraćaja novca

Za otkazivanje usluge u roku manjem od 12 sati, novac neće biti vraćen korisniku. Za otkazivanje usluge u roku većem od 12 sati, Mr. Chauffeur će vratiti celokupan iznos koji je korisnik platio za rezervaciju usluge.

U slučaju povraćaja sredstava kupcu koji je predhodno platio nekom od platnih kartica, delimično ili u celosti, a bez obzira na razlog vraćanja, taj povraćaj se vrši isključivo preko iste AMEX, VISA, Maestro, MasterCard ili DinaCard kartice koja je korištena za plaćanje. Ovo znači da će naša banka na naš zahtev obaviti povraćaj sredstava na račun korisnika kartice.

U slučaju da korisnik ne poštuje uslove korišćenja usluga ili se ponaša na način koji ugrožava sigurnost vozača ili drugih putnika, Mr. Chauffeur zadržava pravo da otkaže uslugu bez povrata novca.

8.2. Otkazivanje usluge od strane Mr. Chauffeur-a

Mr. Chauffeur zadržava pravo da otkaže uslugu u slučaju nepredviđenih okolnosti koje su van kontrole firme (saobraćajne gužve, vremenski uslovi, kvar na vozilu, bolest vozača,…). U ovom slučaju, Mr. Chauffeur će obavestiti korisnika i ponuditi alternativnu uslugu ili vratiti celokupan iznos koji je korisnik platio za rezervaciju usluge. U slučaju da korisnik ne poštuje uslove korišćenja usluga ili se ponaša na način koji ugrožava sigurnost vozača ili drugih putnika, Mr. Chauffeur zadržava pravo da otkaže uslugu bez povrata novca.

8.3. Izmena datuma i vremena usluge

Korisnik može zatražiti izmenu datuma i vremena usluge koju je rezervisao telefonskim pozivom na broj 065/455-89-89 ili preko email-a office@mrchauffeur.rs. Mr. Chauffeur će pokušati da izađe u susret zahtevima korisnika za izmenu datuma i vremena usluge, ali zadržava pravo da odbije zahtev za izmenu u slučaju nedostupnosti usluge u željenom terminu.

8.4. Korišćenje usluge u kasnijem terminu

U slučaju da korisnik ne iskoristi rezervisanu uslugu u predviđenom terminu, Mr. Chauffeur neće biti u obavezi da vrati novac korisniku. Korisnik može zatražiti izmenu datuma i vremena usluge u skladu sa procedurama za izmenu datuma i vremena usluge koje su navedene u ovoj politici otkazivanja.

9. Privatnost podataka

Mr. Chauffeur se obavezuje da će štititi privatnost podataka korisnika u skladu sa važećim zakonima i propisima o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti. Podaci koje je korisnik dao prilikom rezervacije usluge će biti korišćeni isključivo u svrhu pružanja usluge i neće biti deljeni sa trećim licima osim u slučajevima navedenim u politici privatnosti. Prilikom unošenja podataka o platnoj kartici, poverljive informacije se prenose putem javne mreže u zaštićenoj (kriptovanoj) formi upotrebom SSL protokola, primenom najsavremenijih metoda tokenizacije osetljivih podataka, i u skladu sa PCI-DSS standardima. Niti jednog trenutka podaci o platnoj kartici nisu dostupni trgovcu.

3D Secure zaštita za sve trgovce i kupce – AllSecure Payment Gateway koristi najviše globalne standarde zaštite i privatnosti podataka. Svi trgovci koji koriste AllSecure Payment Gateway su automatski uključeni u 3D-Secure zaštitu, čime se kupcima garantuje bezbednost kupovine. Brojevi platnih kartica kupaca se ne čuvaju na sistemu trgovca a sami upis se štiti SSL enkripcijom podataka.

PCI DSS Standardi – AllSecure Payment Gateway se konstantno usaglašava sa svim zahtevima kartičarskih organizacija u cilju povećanja nivoa bezbednosti trgovaca i kupaca. Od 2005 godine do danas, bez prekida, sistem je sertifikovan kao PCI-DSS Level 1 što predstavlja najviši standard u industriji. PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) je norma koja definiše neophodne mere bezbednosti pri obradi, čuvanju i prenošenju osetljivih kartičarskih podataka. PCI Standardima se štite osetljivi podaci o korisniku kartice tokom celog procesa plaćanja: od momenta unosa podataka na prodajnom mestu trgovca, tokom komunikacija između trgovca i relevantnih banaka i kartičarskih organizacija, kao i kasnije čuvanje tih podataka.

10. Politika plaćanja

Korisnik je u obavezi da plati celokupan iznos za rezervisanu uslugu prilikom rezervacije, osim ako nije drugačije dogovoreno prilikom rezervacije. Korisnik može platiti rezervisanu uslugu putem online sistema za plaćanje.

Nakon što se unesu podaci o kartici i potvrdi plaćanje, banka autorizuje transakciju i time je porudžbina odobrena i ulazi u dalji proces.

Proverite kod banke koja je karticu izdala da li Vaša kartica podržava plaćanje preko Interneta.

11. Reklamacije

U slučaju da korisnik nije zadovoljan uslugom koju je dobio od strane Mr. Chauffeur-a, ima pravo da podnese reklamaciju u roku od 24 sata od završetka usluge. Reklamacija se podnosi telefonskim pozivom na broj 065/455-89-89, preko email-a office@mrchauffeur.rs ili na adresi Trg Branka Radičevića 14a, 11080, Zemun – Beograd. Mr. Chauffeur će u najkraćem roku odgovoriti na reklamaciju i pokušati da reši problem na način koji je prihvatljiv za obe strane.

Napomena: Mr. Chauffeur zadržava pravo da promeni ove opšte uslove korišćenja u bilo kom

trenutku, uz obavezu da korisnika obavesti o promenama. U slučaju da korisnik nastavi da koristi usluge nakon promena opštih uslova korišćenja, smatra se da je korisnik prihvatio nove uslove korišćenja.
