Cancellation & Refund Policy
This service cancellation policy defines the conditions and procedures for canceling the service booked by the user through Mr. Chauffeur. By using the services provided by Mr. Chauffeur, the user accepts this cancellation policy in full.
1. Cancellation of service
The user can cancel the service at any time by phone call or email. The cancellation of the service is confirmed only after the user receives confirmation from Mr. Chauffeur.
2. Refund Policy
If the service is canceled within less than 12 hours of the ride, the money will not be refunded to the user. For cancellations of the service within more than 12 hours of the ride, the driver will refund the full amount paid by the user for the service reservation.
In the case of a refund to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, this refund is made exclusively through the same AMEX, VISA, Maestro, MasterCard or DinaCard card that was used for payment. This means that our bank will refund the funds to the cardholder’s account at our request.
3. Cancellation of service by Mr. Chauffeur
Mr. Chauffeur reserves the right to cancel the service in case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the company’s control (traffic jams, weather conditions, vehicle breakdown, driver illness,…). In this case, Mr. The chauffeur will inform the user and offer an alternative service or refund the entire amount paid by the user for the service reservation.
In the event that the user does not respect the terms of use of the services or behaves in a way that endangers the safety of the driver or other passengers, Mr. Chauffeur reserves the right to cancel the service without refund.
4. Change of date and time of service
The user can request to change the date and time of the service he reserved by phone call or email. Mr. Chauffeur will try to meet the user’s request to change the date and time of the service, but reserves the right to refuse the change request in case of unavailability of the service at the desired time.
5. Using the service at a later date
In the event that the user does not use the reserved service in the scheduled time, Mr. Chauffeur will not be obliged to refund the user. Customer may request a change to the date and time of service in accordance with the procedures for changing the date and time of service set forth in this cancellation policy.
Politika otkazivanja usluge
Ova politika otkazivanja usluge definiše uslove i procedure za otkazivanje usluge koju je korisnik rezervisao preko Mr. Chauffeur. Korišćenjem usluga koje pruža Mr. Chauffeur, korisnik prihvata ovu politiku otkazivanja u celosti.
1. Otkazivanje usluge
Korisnik može otkazati uslugu u bilo kom trenutku telefonskim pozivom ili preko email-a. Otkazivanje usluge je potvrđeno tek nakon što korisnik dobije potvrdu od strane Mr. Chauffeur-a.
2. Politika povraćaja novca
Za otkazivanje usluge u roku manjem od 12 sati, novac neće biti vraćen korisniku. Za otkazivanje usluge u roku većem od 12 sati, Mr. Chauffeur će vratiti celokupan iznos koji je korisnik platio za rezervaciju usluge.
U slučaju povraćaja sredstava kupcu koji je predhodno platio nekom od platnih kartica, delimično ili u celosti, a bez obzira na razlog vraćanja, taj povraćaj se vrši isključivo preko iste AMEX, VISA, Maestro, MasterCard ili DinaCard kartice koja je korištena za plaćanje. Ovo znači da će naša banka na naš zahtev obaviti povraćaj sredstava na račun korisnika kartice.
3. Otkazivanje usluge od strane Mr. Chauffeur-a
Mr. Chauffeur zadržava pravo da otkaže uslugu u slučaju nepredviđenih okolnosti koje su van kontrole firme (saobraćajne gužve, vremenski uslovi, kvar na vozilu, bolest vozača,…). U ovom slučaju, Mr. Chauffeur će obavestiti korisnika i ponuditi alternativnu uslugu ili vratiti celokupan iznos koji je korisnik platio za rezervaciju usluge.
U slučaju da korisnik ne poštuje uslove korišćenja usluga ili se ponaša na način koji ugrožava sigurnost vozača ili drugih putnika, Mr. Chauffeur zadržava pravo da otkaže uslugu bez povrata novca.
4. Izmena datuma i vremena usluge
Korisnik može zatražiti izmenu datuma i vremena usluge koju je rezervisao telefonskim pozivom ili preko email-a. Mr. Chauffeur će pokušati da izađe u susret zahtevima korisnika za izmenu datuma i vremena usluge, ali zadržava pravo da odbije zahtev za izmenu u slučaju nedostupnosti usluge u željenom terminu.
5. Korišćenje usluge u kasnijem terminu
U slučaju da korisnik ne iskoristi rezervisanu uslugu u predviđenom terminu, Mr. Chauffeur neće biti u obavezi da vrati novac korisniku. Korisnik može zatražiti izmenu datuma i vremena usluge u skladu sa procedurama za izmenu datuma i vremena usluge koje su navedene u ovoj politici otkazivanja.
